SAMEN INDUSTRY S.A. is developing a plant in Baré-Bakem, Moungo department, to process cocoa beans into semi-finished and finished products. Several media outlets have reported on the construction of the facility and its announced annual capacity. EcoMatin has likewise presented the project as new cocoa-grinding capacity for Cameroon.^2,3
